I began practice of tai ji in 2006 and have found it has been a solid rock in life ever since. Tai Ji means the Supreme Ultimate and when practised in a way that encompasses its fundamental ancient philosophies it has the ability to create grounding, stability, balance, flow, strength, and softness in your life.
